Fear Nothing - reading
Finished "Fear Nothing" by Dean Koontz. It was alright (3 of 5 stars), though I wish there were some way of knowing which of Koontz's books feature super-intelligent animals. I'm about done with those.
Just had to comment on Dean Koontz writing. Personally, I find his writing style good, but his plots/story development poor. I gave up on him many moons ago.
I find William C Deitz just the opposite type of writer: Great story ideas, but his writing style rubs me the wrong way.
I'm not sure which I like least: * A good story told badly, or * A bad story told well.
The first feels like a waste of a story, the second seems like a waste of talent. Just my humble opinion.
